Dog kibble is complex. Dozens of steps, dozens of ingredients you can’t begin to pronounce, and lots and lots of heat. Our fresh food recipe keeps it simple.
Sourcing
We only source our ingredients locally, straight from the source whenever possible. This drives our costs down, so we can pass that onto you.
Minimally Processed
Once cooked, the only thing our ingredients experience is dicing, stirring, and vacuum sealing. What you end up with is real food that hasn’t been altered. It’s not rocket science, but it is pup rocket fuel 🙂
Steam & Blanch
To retain as many nutrients as possible while still becoming palatable to your pup, we steam our starches and veggies al dente then quickly blanch, to retain crunch, color, and nutritional value.
Slow Roasted Meats
Our meats are slow roasted at low temps. All we add is a dash of salt. Each recipe is around 75% muscle meats, 25% nutrient-dense organ meats.
Delivery
The big national brands offer this through intensely expensive (and wasteful) shipping methods. We deliver locally, but with no extra packaging. Just a truck, ice chests, and fresh Good Pup.
